The following arrangements are made for the participants from outside UCE:
ARRIVAL
Nearest railway stations
1. Sambalpur road-
2. Sambalpur main/Khetrajpur
3. Hirakud
Participants can easily get autorickshaws and buses from the above mentioned stations.
From Khetrajpur one can take auto rickshaw to Ainthapali from where buses to Burla is available from 8am to 9pm.
UCE buses will run between Khetrajpur and college in below mentioned time:-
twice daily at 11:50AM and at 11:30PM.(from khetrajpur to burla and back)
ACCOMODATION AND FOODING
In addition to online registration participants have to register on the spot there in to get free accomodation
For fooding (which include breakfast ,lunch and dinner) one has to pay as mentioned below:
Single day- Rs 40.00
Three day- Rs 100.00
Matrices ,bed sheets,pilow,pilow cover and necessary requirements(like bucket ,mug etc) will be provided to those who have registered for accomodation.
